Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. This page walks you through how it works.


Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to start a return. After 30 days, we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds, except where required by law.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In its original packaging, with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase (your order confirmation email or order number works)

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by misuse are not eligible. Final sale items, gift cards, and intimate apparel (where applicable) are also non-returnable. We'll always flag final sale clearly on the product page before purchase.


How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • The reason for the return (helps us improve the store)

We'll review your request and, if accepted, send you return instructions and the address to ship your package back to.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please wait for our confirmation before shipping anything.


Return Shipping

Return shipping is at your own cost to our warehouse. We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item without tracking.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you've received the wrong item, contact us right away with your order number and a photo, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For damage claims, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier while the timeline is still open. In these cases, we'll cover the return shipping cost.


Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is:

  • Return the item you have following the steps above
  • Place a new order for the item you'd like instead
  • Once your return is accepted and processed, we'll refund the original purchase

This way, you don't have to wait for your return to clear before getting the new piece.


Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of damage, defect, or wrong item received.
  • Return shipping is non-refundable, except in the cases listed under Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still haven't received it, contact us and we'll track it down with our payment processor.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company — refunds can take a few business days to officially post
  • Contact your bank — processing time before a refund is posted varies
  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us

Order Cancellations

You can request to cancel your order before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once your order has shipped, we're no longer able to cancel it, but you can return it once it arrives.


Updates to This Policy

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our process, carrier services, or regulations. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top.
