What makes these bags different? We only sell pieces we'd carry ourselves. Every bag gets selected for its construction, hardware, and the small details that matter when you're using it day in and day out. Big brand names aren't the goal. What matters is whether the bag does its job well, looks like something you'd reach for first thing in the morning, and still earns its place six months in.

Do your bags hold up over time? Yes. Well-made bags tend to settle into their shape with use, soften where they need to soften, and develop a bit of personality along the way. Six months in, your bag will feel like yours. With basic care, most pieces should serve you for years.

What styles do you carry? From structured totes and hobo bags to crossbody pouches and everyday shoulder bags. We focus on timeless designs that work across seasons and outfits, with thoughtful details that make each piece feel considered.

How do I choose the right size or style? Each product page lists dimensions, strap drop, and what fits inside. If you're stuck between two options, contact us and we'll help you decide.

How do I care for my bag? For everyday maintenance, wipe down with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners, alcohol, and direct sunlight. When you're not using it, stuff the bag lightly with tissue paper or a soft cloth to help it hold its shape, and store it in a dust bag or pillowcase. For deeper cleaning, follow the care instructions that come with your specific bag.

Are your bags meant for everyday use? That's the whole idea. Our pieces are designed to work for daily wear, commuting, weekend errands, travel, and everything in between. Each style has its sweet spot, but nothing in the store is too precious to actually use.


ORDERS & SHIPPING

Where do you ship and how long does it take? We ship anywhere in the United States with free shipping on every order. Processing takes 2 to 3 business days, delivery takes 4 to 9 business days. From click to doorstep, expect 6 to 12 business days total. For full details, see our shipping policy.

Can I track my order? Yes. The moment your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number so you can follow it all the way home. You can also check the status anytime on our order tracking page. If you don't see the tracking email within 1 business day, check your spam folder, or contact us and we'll look it up for you.

Can I cancel or change my order? Contact us right away and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships. Once your order is in transit, we can't change it, but you can return it within 30 days once it arrives.

Do you ship internationally? Right now we ship only within the United States. If you're outside the US and want to stay in the loop, sign up for our newsletter and we'll let you know if that changes.

When will I be charged? At checkout, the moment you complete your purchase. We process the payment securely before we prepare your order.

My order is taking longer than expected. What should I do? First, check your tracking link to see where your order is. Delivery delays sometimes happen with the carrier and usually resolve within a couple of business days. If your order is past the 12 business day window with no movement, contact us and we'll look into it for you.


RETURNS & DAMAGE

What if I want to return it? 30 days, no stress. If your order isn't right for any reason, send it back unworn with the original packaging and we'll sort it. For step-by-step instructions, see our returns policy.

How do I start a return? Contact us with your order number and we'll walk you through it. Return shipping is at your own cost to our warehouse.

Can I exchange instead of return? For now, we handle exchanges as a return plus a new order. Return the item you've got, place a new order for what you'd like instead, and we'll refund the original once your return is processed.

When will I get my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to show up in your account.

What if my order arrives damaged or gets lost? Contact us right away with your order number and a photo if it's damage. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it and make sure you end up with what you ordered.


PAYMENT & SECURITY

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Maestro, and UnionPay. Digital wallets like Google Pay are also supported for faster checkout. For full details, see our payment policy.

Is my information safe? Yes. Every transaction runs through Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant payment system. We never sell your data, and we only share what's needed to get your order to you (like your shipping address with the carrier).

Is sales tax included? Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and shown before you complete your purchase. There are no surprise fees added after the fact.

Do you offer buy now, pay later? Depending on the option available at checkout, you may be able to split your payment across a few installments. Available options will show up automatically based on your cart and eligibility.

I'm having trouble at checkout. What should I do? Try refreshing the page or using a different browser first. If the issue continues, contact us with a quick description of what's happening (and a screenshot if you can), and we'll help you get sorted.
